We have detailed below, all the information you need to know regarding what your dogs will get up to on a day at the park, plus details of our LIMITED day-training spaces & price list!
Please see below, full details and please LET US KNOW which option and days of the week you WOULD LIKE to RESERVE for your dog(s)!
Adventure Stay & Play...
This option is for dogs who will be in our care for the most part of the day and will be exercised, socialised and given mental stimulation from our play areas, countryside setting and scent work.
Dogs will be picked up (or dropped off by owners) between 9:30-11am
Dogs will firstly be exercised in our private country fields in small groups, where they will have off lead play, then taken back to our Adventure play area for socialisation and play with doggie friends, carefully matched by our trainers and behaviour practitioner. The paddocks will also have lots of areas to explore including agility equipment, climbing and digging!
Each dog will have individual breaks in our Sniffari! Our enclosed scent work area, where dogs can chill and do what they love to do best – SNIFF! They will also have one to one time and attention with one of the team.
Dogs will be monitored by our experienced team throughout the day and offered rest and breaks when required.
13:00-14:30 dogs will be returned home and settled, ready for you to come home to a happy, exercised and content dog. We also know the importance of calming dogs down and helping them relax, so we have the option of our Kong refill service (please see below).
Adventure Day Train Service...
This option is for owners who want that bit extra for their dogs – to get the reps in on their training and for us trainers to do all the hard work for whilst your are busy at work! We welcome to you, our Day Train Service!
Our Day Train dogs will have the same level of exercise as our adventure park dogs, the socialisation will be unique for each dog and their individual needs – maybe your dog needs work on focusing on you around other dogs, or recall away from other dogs, or walking nicely on lead around other dogs – these are all things we can work on for you in our day train sessions.
Following morning exercise, day train dogs will have a total of 1 hour of training with our trainers. This will be split into either 2 x 30 minute sessions, or 3 x 20 minute sessions – depending on the dog and its learning capacity.
One of our trainers or behaviour practitioner will work on either your current training plan if you are currently working with either Kerry or Nikita, or we will set you up a new one. This could be for loose lead walking, recall, cool heelwork to show off to your friends, or things like impulse control! This will be away from the other dogs in a secure paddock, sessions will be recorded for you to receive updates of your dog’s progress, as well as a voice note by your trainer with comments on your dog’s progress of the day!

“I needed help with a rescue Doberman, who had been attacked only 6 months after adoption. He became lead reactive and as an owner, I needed guidance and training in order to improve both our lives!
Kerry from Connect Behaviour provided 1:1 training at our home. We worked on his relationship with other dogs, understanding body language in dogs and giving me and him the confidence to be able to enjoy walks again.
We also worked on relaxed lead walking and tips on how to manage different situations. Chester is now a happy confident dog and we even were able to sit in a pub garden next to other dogs and have him relax!
I would highly recommend Kerry and her team at Connect Behaviour.“
FAQ’s
Is my dog too old for training?
Never, a dog is never too old for training, the same as it is never for us humans to learn and enjoy something new!
We work with dogs aged from 8 weeks old to 8 years old (PLUS), including rescue dogs and overseas rescues, you might have heard the expression “you can’t teach old dogs new tricks” we are here to prove to you that this is definitely incorrect!!
Should I book 1:1 or Group Classes?
1-2 -1’s are tailored to you and your dog as individuals. During a 1-2-1 we can work on specific areas of training that you would like to work on such as loose lead walk, recall, obedience training, help with a behaviour issue like dog to dog aggression, reactivity or anxiety.
Can you support me with more than one dog?
Of course! Your sessions are yours to use how you wish to use them 😊
Where does the training take place?
We can come to you or we are happy to meet you at one of our training locations.
It can be varied from meeting you at home, great if you have any issues around the house, or we can accompany you on your daily walk, wherever that may be, this can include places that are more distracting or less distracting areas.
